Dissertation Structure & Marriage

Bookmark and Share

Sunday, October 6, 2013

Working on dissertation is a commitment. It’s like marriage with research and paper. It requires devotion and persistence to keep the ‘relationship’ work. On the other hand, UK dissertations serve honeymoon via students’ publication credentials.

So how do students pull all that devotion and credentials to work? The first part involves the generation and selection of a dissertation focus, from a viable topic. It is students’ imperative to locate information and inspiration to make such generation and selection possible.

What is an essay?

An essay is generally a short piece of writing written from an author's personal point of view, but the definition is vague, overlapping with those of an article and a short story.

Essays can consist of a number of elements, including: literary criticism, political manifestos, learned arguments, observations of daily life, recollections, and reflections of the author. [wikipedia.org]
